Had a chip in my front tooth where a filling wore down from contact between my top and bottom teeth. Ended up needing Invisalign to fix the alignment, since I had braces middle school l and things had shifted. The team was extremely flexible with scheduling, even with multiple revisions. Really appreciated the patience, professionalism, and commitment to getting my smile where it needed to be. Highly recommend.
I am pretty anxious about the dentist after one bad experience in my past. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Very impressed with how much education I received not only from the doctor but my hygienist as well. They talked to me the whole time and made me feel at ease. 10/10 recommend.
This is my new dentist office as of a month ago. I have had a cleaning and a crown completed. I find the office staff extremely helpful, efficient, positive attitudes and clear communication. The dental hygienists strike me as intelligent and responsive. Dr. Ganong did a very good job on the crown, and I had very little discomfort afterward. He has a gentle demeanor, is a good listener and answers questions completely. I very much appreciate that Dr. Ganong cares enough to offer options for people who have dental needs and no insurance. To me that says everything about his values, and these are the type of people with whom I would like to be associated.
I am so excited to call this place my new dental home! First of all the facility is clean, updated, and decorated beautifully. Dr T. Was absolutely wonderful and made me feel heard and hopeful. Josh set me up and took my X-rays and was a hoot; he was quick, funny, and made me feel comfortable. My hygienist was exceptional, thank you Florencia! My teeth are sensitive and I have anxiety at every dental appointment. She made me so comfortable all while watching Harry Potter haha I can honestly say I'm excited to come back and that's never been my experience before. The front desk girls were great too, they explained everything and made sure finances were in order. Thank y'all for taking such good care of me!
